This page explains how enquiries and website analytics are handled.
Information you provide
An enquiry can include your name, email address, service interest, and project description. I use that information to discuss your request and respond to you.
Contact forms
The form sends your details to W3Forms for processing and delivery to my email inbox. W3Forms also stores submissions under its retention settings. See W3Forms' privacy policy for its handling of data. Please avoid including passwords or confidential records in an initial enquiry.
Your email provider processes messages under its own privacy policy.
Website hosting
The hosting provider processes requests to serve the website, which can include technical information such as an IP address. Cloudflare also provides Web Analytics to help me understand page visits and website performance. Its analytics does not use tracking cookies.
Google Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics loads only when you choose Allow analytics. It uses cookies to measure visits, pages viewed, and how people reach the site. It also records successful enquiry submissions and clicks on the booking link. Enquiry names, email addresses, and message text are not sent to Google Analytics.
You can decline analytics and still use the whole website. Open Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Your preference is stored in this browser for up to six months. If you withdraw permission, this website removes its Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the tag.
Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled in this site’s tag configuration.
